About This Role

Responsibilities
- Perform shift production activities to meet safety, quality and output targets.
- Carry out routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance using hand tools.
- Coach and mentor junior technicians through on-the-job training and feedback.
- Support investigations into operational issues to implement corrective actions.
- Suggest and lead small improvement projects that increase efficiency or quality.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards to ensure work areas meet safety and cleanliness requirements.
Requirements
- NITEC, ITE, Polytechnic diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or technical trades.
- Practical experience operating and maintaining production or utility equipment.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring team members in a production environment.
- Clear written and spoken English with strong record-keeping skills.
- Able to work full time on-site during the day shift and support handovers.
