Key Account Manager role for Oncology portfolio in Singapore, requiring a degree with 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and strong clinical knowledge to drive value for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan to drive value and growth.
- Establish effective commercial relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to differentiate GSK's standing in the healthcare market.
- Ensure key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to drive growth.
- Continuously identify and profile target customers to find opportunities for performance improvement.
- Maintain high-level customer service by resolving queries and problems proactively with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Preferably a degree with relevant science or business background.
- At least 2 years of established experience in pharmaceutical sales with understanding of complex environments.
- Experience covering Medical Oncologists and Hematologists is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated planning ability with strong organizational and executional skills.
- Clear and influential communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format.
- Driving license and car possession are essential for mobility within Singapore.
