Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan to drive value and growth.
  • Establish effective commercial relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns to differentiate GSK's standing in the healthcare market.
  • Ensure key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to drive growth.
  • Continuously identify and profile target customers to find opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Maintain high-level customer service by resolving queries and problems proactively with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Preferably a degree with relevant science or business background.
  • At least 2 years of established experience in pharmaceutical sales with understanding of complex environments.
  • Experience covering Medical Oncologists and Hematologists is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated planning ability with strong organizational and executional skills.
  • Clear and influential communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format.
  • Driving license and car possession are essential for mobility within Singapore.
