Join our Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore to help leading companies realize the potential from their mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets activities. As a Senior Manager in the Valuation team, you will provide robust value opinions and transaction model business advisory, guiding clients through complex financial risks and enhancing deal value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex valuation projects, providing high-level IFRS and US GAAP technical accounting advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the development and delivery of robust valuation opinions, transaction models, and financial advisory insights that inform client decision-making.
- Lead business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and identify new service growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with valuations, financial due diligence, corporate finance, and audit teams to coordinate solution delivery.
- Ensure quality, integrity, and compliance of all deliverables and risk management throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a recognized university.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting advisory, preferably within a Big 4 environment.
- Deep expertise in complex areas including business combinations, merger accounting, group restructuring, and financial instruments.
- Strong command and hands-on experience in preparing complex consolidation entries for large and diverse groups.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and large-scale projects.
