About This Role
A Senior/Operations Engineer contract for GSK's Singapore manufacturing site, requiring a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing, deviation investigation, CAPA management, and proficiency in quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex deviation investigations and corrective actions to timely closure.
- Design and deliver process improvement projects to increase yield or efficiency.
- Support validation, trials, and technical transfer activities for production start-up.
- Monitor process parameters and trends to support risk assessments for quality and business continuity.
- Prepare clear technical documents, training materials, and work instructions for operations teams.
- Build strong working relationships with manufacturing, quality, MSAT, and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in regulated manufacturing (pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical production).
- Practical experience in deviation investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.
- Working knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality systems.
- This role is on-site with minimal hybrid or remote flexibility.
