This Senior Consultant or Manager role focuses on leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for financial services clients within a technology consulting practice. The position involves designing, implementing, and governing IAM solutions such as SailPoint and CyberArk to enhance security and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for large-scale financial services clients
- Manage project delivery lifecycles including requirement gathering, solution architecture, and system integration
- Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps that align with client business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants in technical delivery and professional growth
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define access control policies and identity governance frameworks
- Oversee the integration of IAM platforms with complex legacy systems and modern cloud environments
- Provide subject matter expertise on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer IAM (CIAM) technologies
- Drive business development activities by participating in RFPs and identifying client upsell opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity consulting
- Deep technical expertise in leading IAM products such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Okta
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its specific security compliance requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technology transformation or security implementation projects
- Technical knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or platform-specific technical certifications
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive leadership
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven consulting environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on security architecture and enterprise risk
