Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for large-scale financial services clients
  • Manage project delivery lifecycles including requirement gathering, solution architecture, and system integration
  • Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps that align with client business objectives and regulatory landscapes
  • Supervise and mentor junior consultants in technical delivery and professional growth
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define access control policies and identity governance frameworks
  • Oversee the integration of IAM platforms with complex legacy systems and modern cloud environments
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer IAM (CIAM) technologies
  • Drive business development activities by participating in RFPs and identifying client upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity consulting
  • Deep technical expertise in leading IAM products such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Okta
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its specific security compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale technology transformation or security implementation projects
  • Technical knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or platform-specific technical certifications
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive leadership
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven consulting environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on security architecture and enterprise risk
