Industrial Project Leader

About This Role

Schneider Electric is seeking an Industrial Project Leader to lead cross-functional manufacturing projects in Singapore, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination for complex supply chain deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets with stage gate management to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders including delivery plants, LOB, and global deployment teams on project objectives and deliverables.
• Implement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize project efficiency.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong background in procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
