About This Role

Join Schneider Electric as a Senior Associate in Tender Management to lead the full tendering lifecycle for power distribution systems and monitoring platforms, ensuring high-quality commercial proposals that win while maintaining technical compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop competitive and high-quality tender submissions for power distribution systems (LV/MV, transformers) and Power Monitoring Systems.
  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process to ensure timely submission, quality control, and compliance.
  • Ensure smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams with proper documentation and key requirement briefings.
  • Collaborate across multiple Business Units to leverage existing technologies for optimal solution design and cost competitiveness.
  • Ensure all tenders are technically compliant, commercially competitive, risk-assessed, and aligned with Customer Requirements.
  • Support post-tender activities including clarification, negotiation support, and project handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal preparation for power distribution projects.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, offer development, and commercial strategy.
  • Skilled at following and improving process to enhance efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills ensuring smooth coordination with key stakeholders throughout the tender process.
  • Ability to analyze tender documents, drawings and specifications and translate requirements into compliant proposals.
  • Experience in cost estimation, supplier/vendor coordination, and quotation analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
