Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to create and implement procurement strategies that are cost-effective, innovative, and sustainable.
• Perform end-to-end strategic sourcing activities including supplier evaluation, RFI/RFx negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity, innovation, and performance while ensuring compliance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier base including preferred suppliers for key business areas.
• Evaluate and analyze business needs to build strategic relationships and manage supplier performance through metrics.
• Support supplier audits, close out audit actions, and track KPIs for procurement transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Management.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Excellent communication, strong cross-functional collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in engaging senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated in performing bid analysis, fair-value analysis, and scenario modelling.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in team management is highly preferred.
