The Manager/Senior Manager for People Consulting leads strategic HR transformation and organizational design projects within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors. This role is responsible for driving change management initiatives, workforce strategy, and digital HR implementations to enhance organizational performance. The position requires a blend of deep consulting expertise and industry knowledge to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex People Consulting projects focusing on HR transformation and workforce strategy
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder reporting
  • Design and implement organizational structures and operating models for technology-driven environments
  • Execute change management strategies to support large-scale digital and cultural transformations
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities and leading client proposals
  • Provide strategic advice on talent management, performance systems, and employee experience
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and project outcomes
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and high-quality delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting or strategic HR roles
  • Proven track record in leading organizational design or change management initiatives in industrial sectors
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology ecosystems including Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders in complex multi-national organizations
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven workforce planning and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for C-suite and executive audiences
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required for project delivery
  • Prior experience within the semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries is highly preferred
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing consulting teams
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable people and talent initiatives
