Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders to diagnose learning needs.
  • Define, design, and deliver organizational development and training initiatives for the APAC region using AI.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to identify and design global needs and offerings.
  • Facilitate high-impact learning experiences, team development sessions, and leadership assessment feedback.
  • Apply proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions to drive organizational change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training or performance consulting.
  • Master's degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a training professional or performance consultant.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an engineering environment required.
  • Demonstrated capability of translating business objectives into training and organizational development solutions.
  • Strong instructional background, systems thinking, or strategic planning experience.
  • Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design.
