- In this role, you will:
- Own project-based and maintenance work related to building infrastructure
- Be involved in project work related to building infrastructure development / upgrading
- Propose upgrading project based on issue uncovered during routine maintenance performed
Requirements
- Derive the routine schedule for maintenance work as and when required
- Degree in Facility Management / Facility Management & Enhancement / Engineering • Strong knowledge in building and mechanical / electrical system maintenance • Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel and Power Point) • Knowledge related to building infrastructure including, but not limited, to air conditioning system (heating, ventilation, air con, chiller, etc), water supply system (plumbing, drainage, etc) and/or electrical system (electrical engineering)
