Requirements

• The group you’ll be a part of The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations.
• We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.
• The impact you’ll make As Program Manager, you manage purged non-conformance material located in MRBi and clear backlog impacting warehouse and spare depots as part of daily operation.
• You lead cross-functional responses to resolve problems by evaluating risks to manufacturing and customer service operation.
• In this role you drive material recovery, as a continuation from purge containment activities, ensuring prompt movement of non-conformance to suppliers for rework and turnaround of re-stocking.
• Through strong technical judgement, clear communication and solution-focused mindset, you move non-conformance efficiently through logistic value chain.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to support decision-making.
