About This Role
A full-time Manufacturing Technician role at Agilent Technologies in Singapore-Yishun requires experience with BOMs, inventory management, and SOP compliance to support assembly lines and ensure 5S/GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage material inventory and perform kitting activities according to production requirements.
- Support inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure material accuracy and availability.
- Prepare and issue materials to assembly lines in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow work instructions to support assembly, repair, and packaging activities within designated manufacturing areas.
- Carry out assigned technical and production tasks that require basic planning and judgment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with 5S and/or GMP standards.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or kitting/material handling preferred.
- Basic understanding of BOM, inventory control, and production processes.
- Able to follow work instructions and adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., SAP or inventory systems) preferred.
