Provide senior operational support in settlement, transaction processing, and chargeback activities for Issuing and Acquiring card businesses. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of card settlements, dispute resolution, suspense monitoring, and regulatory reporting, while supporting managers in maintaining strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational stability. Requirements: At least 3 years' experience in Visa & MasterCard dispute resolution process. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
