Senior Engineer/ Engineer , Diffusion Implant Equipment (Ref: 250700125)

Job Responsibilities Apply statistical tools (SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS) to optimize equipment performance and robustness. Establish and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to improve equipment quality, cost, and productivity. Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance. Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to address yield, WAT, and operational issues. Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support maintenance based on production forecasts. Lead new equipment start-up from facility hookup to production acceptance. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction. Set targets to minimize wafer scrap, reduce equipment cost per wafer, and optimize utilization. Provide training and guidance to AEs and TAs on troubleshooting, equipment knowledge, and risk assessment. Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for issue resolution. Develop long-term solutions for recurring hardware and operational issues. Create and maintain implant operation SOPs and PM work instructions. Job Requirement: Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical / Material Science / Material Engineering Min 3 years of relevant work experience in Diffusion Implant Equipment Familiar with all the implant tools: Varian E500, VIISTA900, VIISTA HCP, GSD, Axcelis HE/VHE. AMAT XR80. Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure Proficient in MS Office Applications
