Engineer, Manufacturing III at SSMC supervises and coordinates production activities in a wafer fab environment, plans WIP movement, resolves line issues, mentors staff, drives improvement programs, ensures safety and documentation, and works 12‑hour shifts. Requires a

Key Responsibilities
- What you will be working on Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals through the efficient use of manpower, material, and machine; together with proficient methodologies, in a hazardous-free and healthy working environment.
- Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time and maintain line linearity.
- Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate attention.
- Mentor and train all Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop skills required for efficient MFG operations.
- Execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations in his/her Section.
- Perform shift duties to support production, as required by Section Manager.
