The Manufacturing Engineer I will supervise production activities, manage workflow, resolve line issues, and drive continuous improvement in a semiconductor cleanroom environment. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring safety and documentation, and supporting shift operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals
- Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput and minimum idle time
- Solicit engineering support to address areas and variances requiring immediate attention
- Resolve and handle line‑related issues and preventive maintenance, identifying bottlenecks
- Mentor and train manufacturing leaders and assistants to develop operational skills
- Execute improvement programs in manufacturing operations within the section
Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Ability to manage production targets and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills for line issue resolution.
