About the role
The Corporate Tax Consulting Manager will lead complex tax projects for clients across infrastructure, government, healthcare, and other sectors, manage global engagements, and provide strategic tax advice. The role also involves client relationship management, mentorship of junior staff, and staying current on tax developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise clients on complex tax projects including mergers and acquisitions, cross‑border transactions, corporate restructurings, IPOs, tax due diligence, tax rulings, incentives, and tax risk management
- Act as a key client relationship manager delivering commercially sound, tax‑efficient solutions
- Manage and coordinate regional and global tax engagements, working closely with overseas teams and stakeholders
- Leverage cross‑industry experience to provide strategic tax insights and proactively identify opportunities and risks
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing work output and supporting team development
- Keep abreast of tax developments such as BEPS 2.0 and guide clients on implications and implementation considerations
Requirements
- 5‑8 years of relevant experience in Singapore corporate tax and/or international corporate tax, preferably within a tax consulting or professional services environment
- University degree and/or post‑graduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law
- Demonstrated exposure to managing engagements or workstreams
- Strong leadership potential with ability to supervise, coach, and collaborate effectively within a team‑based environment
- Client‑focused, commercially minded, and articulate with strong communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated and driven with a commitment to delivering practical, high‑impact tax solutions across a broad range of industries
- SIATP accreditation is an added advantage
