Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial ownership of sales opportunities from bid preparation to project booking.
  • Drive offer pricing, costing and margin optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval frameworks and pricing governance.
  • Perform commercial risk and opportunity assessments.
  • Structure commercial terms & conditions.
  • Support negotiations with customers on commercial topics.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in commercial sales support / bid management / sales finance / Commercial Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in pricing, costing and financial modeling of offers.
  • Good understanding of risk and opportunity management, contract structuring.
  • Proven ability to work on complex bids in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • University degree in business administration, finance, economics or a comparable field.
