Commercial Operations Coordinator

Requirements

• We are looking for a Commercial Operations Coordinator for our Bulk Cargo Operations team in Singapore In this role, you will be joining a committed, dynamic and high performing regional operations team.
• In your role, you are expected to manage the day-to-day proactive planning, execution and optimization of commercial contracts performance.
• Y ou will work with our external stakeholders namely Suppliers and Customers, cargo inspectors, marine shipowners/agents, customs agents, storage terminals and other service providers.
• Your main internal stakeholders are sales and supply managers, refinery production planners, supply chain/sales planners, ship chartering, finance, laboratory and relevant departments for effective operations execution.
• The role will require you to combine commercial understanding with execution excellence, cooperative collaboration and a drive to develop and renew for improvements and efficiencies.
