Lead design and coordination of depot equipment projects for Siemens Mobility, overseeing design processes, team guidance, stakeholder communication, documentation, and safety compliance in railway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design process for depot equipment projects, including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide design guidance and support to project engineers
- Serve as primary point of contact for communications with internal departments, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as design plans, schedules, and risk assessments
- Create and maintain interface management documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience in railway projects, preferably depot equipment
- Proven track record in large‑scale infrastructure projects
- Experience managing multinational design teams and intercultural communication
- Extensive experience in rolling stock equipment maintenance
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
