Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage go‑to‑market strategies and sales action plans to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets profitably
  • Analyze market trends to create targeted sales approaches
  • Maintain precise sales reports, forecasts, and leverage sales databases to track new opportunities
  • Handle technical and commercial inquiries on retrofits, upgrading, and maintenance of MV and LV switchgear and related systems
  • Organize and lead technical sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations with clients and consultants
  • Ensure delivery of after‑sales service to current clients while prospecting new customers to achieve revenue and profit targets
