Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Integrated Building Solution Sales: Lead sales efforts for fire safety, electronic security, and Building Management Systems (BMS) in greenfield and brownfield projects.
  • Engage contractors and consultants to deliver code-compliant, innovative, and fully integrated building technology solutions.
  • Maximize Fire Safety Market Potential: Identify high-potential segments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, industrial) and position Siemens as a trusted provider of integrated fire safety and smart building solutions.
  • Deliver Sales & Profit Growth: Achieve business targets through strategic, value-based selling of fire safety systems—focusing on high-margin, compliant, and future-ready offerings.
  • Building Trusted Client Relationships: Establish long-term relationships by acting as a consultative advisor on compliance, risk mitigation, and the convergence of fire, security, and BMS platforms.
  • Collaborate for Safe Project Delivery: Work with internal teams (engineering, bid, project management) to ensure seamless delivery of fire safety solutions.
  • Promote cross-unit collaboration to offer integrated Siemens solutions.
  • Driving Digital & IoT Innovation: Advocate for smart building technologies—including remote diagnostics, IoT-enabled fire systems, and cloud-based security monitoring—to support safety, efficiency, and sustainability goals.

Requirements

  • Fire & Building Technology Sales Hunter: 5–8 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the fire protection, smoke detection, and firefighting system industry.
  • Have a documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Multidisciplinary Technical Expertise: Strong technical fluency across Fire Safety (Detection & Suppression), Electronic Security, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • You can confidently discuss system architecture and code compliance to establish immediate credibility.
  • High-Impact Communicator: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • You excel at distilling complex, technical life-safety solutions into persuasive, value-based business cases for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: A proactive 'self-starter' with a relentless drive to win.
