The Supply Chain Management & Logistics Specialist at Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Singapore drives end‑to‑end project logistics, ensures data integrity in SAP, develops contingency plans, and leads process improvements for complex building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics activities across suppliers, forwarders and sites to ensure reliable and punctual customer supply
- Update, monitor and communicate logistics‑relevant master data such as delivery schedules, stock, order status and contract information in SAP
- Assess operational status continuously and develop alternative logistics concepts to respond to site changes, transport disruptions or supply constraints
- Prepare and communicate clear status, milestone and shortage reports for project teams
- Lead documentation and processing of transport damages, claims and complaints in collaboration with insurance, quality, engineering and service providers
- Coordinate site demobilization, including return of equipment, containers and logistics infrastructure
Requirements
- 5‑10 years of project‑based logistics or supply chain coordination experience, preferably in infrastructure, building technologies, energy or industrial projects
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, with a focus on data accuracy and transparency
- Proactive, solution‑oriented problem‑solving attitude and ability to react quickly to changing plans
- Self‑driven mindset with a track record of identifying improvement opportunities and leading initiatives independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with internal teams, site managers, international suppliers and freight forwarders
- Financial and cost awareness to support logistics cost calculations and assess service provider performance
