About the role
Service Engineer for Smart Building Solutions responsible for installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining BMS, fire and security systems, providing emergency support, energy optimization, and technical consulting to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning of high‑performance BMS systems
- Perform precision testing and validation (point‑to‑point, loop testing) to ensure system safety and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software faults in live systems
- Execute corrective maintenance and emergency call‑outs to minimize downtime
- Analyze alarm and trend data to identify energy‑saving opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and consulting to contractors and clients
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Building Automation or related field
- 2–5 years hands‑on experience with BMS, fire or security systems
- Solid understanding of control logic, networking principles and ELV system integration
- Ability to read schematics and perform root‑cause analysis of hardware/software issues
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Valid professional license and willingness to work on‑call rotations
