About the role
This internship offers hands-on experience in semiconductor process engineering within a foundry environment. The intern will support process optimization, data analysis, and equipment troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in process development and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to project updates
- Document experimental procedures and results for technical reports
- Conduct literature reviews and present findings to the engineering team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow safety protocols
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university program during the internship
- Previous internship or lab experience in semiconductor or related field is a plus
