About the role
The ATS Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing automated test systems for semiconductor products, including hardware and software integration, test plan creation, and debugging to ensure product quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test systems for semiconductor devices
- Create test plans and test cases based on product specifications
- Integrate hardware and software components for test systems
- Debug and troubleshoot test system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements
- Document test procedures and results
- Support production test operations and yield improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne or Advantest
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or LabVIEW
- Knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies and DFT
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
