Senior Logistics Officer responsible for managing warehouse operations, performance reporting, and cross‑functional coordination for the WDC warehouse in Singapore at Siemens Healthineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Introduce and maintain process requirements to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Manage performance of warehouse operations in Singapore
- Lead cross‑functional communications and training for 3PL and internal stakeholders
- Oversee daily operations (GRP) and routine master data/table maintenance (SIMORA)
- Coordinate and support Singapore WDC processes including customs, transportation, delivery, and inventory
- Perform performance reporting and analysis for the WDC Singapore warehouse
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse management/WMS experience, preferably in supply chain or third‑party logistics
- Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence others in a matrix environment
