About the role

Senior sales professional responsible for driving Siemens Digital Industries Software DX solutions in manufacturing sectors, managing new license and service business opportunities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and semiconductor industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities for Siemens DX solutions including proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Identify and develop new license and service business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as customer decision‑makers and Siemens departments
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives and other decision makers
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships
  • Present and communicate solution value and benefits to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in business‑application domain
  • Proven experience in new‑business and account sales (including inside sales and SMB)
  • Ability to build trust with C‑level executives and extract customer needs
  • Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Growth mindset with proactive learning and contribution to team/company growth
  • Self‑management and strong drive to achieve targets
