Support the region through forecasting, financial performance analysis, and preparation of management reports and presentations. Partner with country controllers on annual budgeting, monthly closing, maintaining controlling templates and dashboards, and driving digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to regional planning within the Asia Pacific FP&A team.
- Conduct financial performance analysis across multiple countries.
- Support annual budgeting processes in partnership with country controllers.
- Assist with monthly closing procedures.

- Drive digitalization initiatives using specialized tools.
Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Analytical skills for multi-country performance review.
- Familiarity with budgeting and month-end closing processes.
