• Job Description You will own process stability and continual improvement for Photolithography process, driving yield, productivity and cost efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Essential responsibilities including but not limited to following: Layers ownership to upkeep offline/inline process parameters including SPC/Defect/Yield/etc.
• Tools ownership to co-work with Equipment team to ensure post tool activities setup/qualification/enhance check in order.
