Key Responsibilities : Heterogeneous Integration : Engage in the complete process of module integration and combining various components into fully functional modules. Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments used in the heterogeneous integration process, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. Process Support : Manage equipment readiness, ensure the availability of processing materials, and perform critical tasks in the integration process. Inspection and Analysis : Conduct metrology inspections and analyse colour coded data to ensure the highest quality and precision in integrated modules.
