Job description About the job You will work closely with the Customer Relations team and the Home Furnishing Business to create a positive customer experience. You do this by providing professional knowledge sharing with the IKEA Services Furniture Assemblers and Kitchen Installers enabling a seamless development on measurement, assembly and installation services. Your assignment Responsible for ensuring that the IKEA store provide the best furniture assembly services, so that customers get a successful shopping experience. Full understanding of 'IKEA basic work knowledge', to maintain a friendly attitude at customer place Provide customers with professional, fast and friendly full range of furniture assembly services including delivery of our IKEA items to customers' places. Ensure that all the items loaded are accurate, the packaging is not damaged, the installation drawings are clear to confirm the orderly installation services Clearly inform the customer installation in a professional and friendly manner to the customer to confirm the installation of goods Ensure that all the measured data is accurate, the picture is clear, the key parts of the logo clearly in place Clearly inform the customer measurement procedures, professional and friendly to introduce IKEA products and design concepts Always treat customers' advice or complaints efficiently and efficiently to ensure service quality of service providers Qualification Your profile Have at least one or two years of Assembly and Installation experience Have the ability to use and maintain power tools Experience working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. Understand and meet customer's current and future needs and expectations. Have a positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure. Requirements:
Have at least one or two years of Assembly and Installation experience
Have the ability to use and maintain power tools
Experience working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
Understand and meet customer's current and future needs and expectations.
Have a positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
Have good communication skills
