Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise efficiency through design and implementation of data solutions.
- Enable trusted, well-governed, and analytics-ready information.
- Develop the Compliance Data Mart as the first use case.
- Lay the foundation for scalable data capabilities.
- Work with complex data and system landscapes and stakeholders.
- Translate regulatory and compliance processes into technology and data solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in business analysis or project management roles within banking.
- Good understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory reporting processes in banking.
- Demonstrated experience working with core banking systems or data warehouses.
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management, metadata, lineage, and quality controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
