About the role
HSBC is seeking a Business Manager for Global Payments Solutions within Corporate & Investment Banking to develop and execute business plans, drive financial performance, conduct market research, and lead stakeholder engagement and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with HSBC and GPS strategy
- Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Deliver initiatives and business cases to support business growth
- Track financial performance including revenue and cost, monitor key metrics, and support forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles
- Enhance management information and analytics to drive business performance
- Liaise with GPS teams, SG CEO Office, banking, legal, and finance stakeholders
