- Provide senior operational support in settlement.
- Manage transaction processing for card businesses.
- Handle chargeback activities for Issuing and Acquiring.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of card settlements.
- Manage dispute resolution and suspense monitoring.
- Support regulatory reporting and financial controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Visa & MasterCard dispute resolution process.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Problem-solving skills with focus on process improvement.
