Requirements
- Job Description We are seeking an experienced Research Engineer familiar with arc welding and joining processes to join our Advanced E-beam and Arc Joining Team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing processes, robotic toolpaths, setting up machines, and optimizing processes on the shop floor.
- Develop deposition strategies and generate post-processors for robot-based manufacturing processes.
- Develop, design, and implement new hardware modules for arc and laser-based DED processes.
- Integrate hardware & software for process monitoring and control in robotic hybrid manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
