Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve programme loan submissions.
- Partner with Relationship Managers.
- Lead and mentor a team of Verification Officers.
- Drive efficient processes and ensure timely turnaround.
- Perform project work including reading documents and performing UAT.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Relevant credit experience.
- Good understanding of RSME/SME loans process.
- Good credit underwriting skills and sound credit judgment.
- Meticulous, eye for detail, able to think and work independently.
- Able to work under stress, handle volume, and with quick TAT.
