Procurement Business Partner responsible for source-to-contract activities, ensuring compliance and best value for money. This role involves supplier due diligence, category strategy development, and supporting procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business to carry out source-to-contract for the Bank's purchases.
- Ensure purchases are best value for money through supplier base development, sourcing, and negotiations.
- Carry out supplier due diligence, onboarding, and guide Business on Third-party risk assessments.
- Develop category strategies jointly with Group Procurement.
- Provide ongoing support to Business Units for procurement-related systems.
- Participate in system enhancements / new system implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Procurement / Supply chain Management / Business / Engineering.
- 3-5 years in procurement, preferably in centralized / large organizations.
- Possess critical thinking, analytical skills, and capacity to understand complex issues.
- Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
- Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task & respond effectively to challenges.
- High ethical standards with a meticulous eye for detail and self-driven.
