Job Description Responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and internal stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities Propose analytics solutions along with the necessary data and technology requirements, and formalize these into actionable projects . Analytics solutions may include, but are not limited to: Report automation, Advanced analytics & AI-driven engines Work with D ata E ngineers to plan, iden ti fy , and integrate data from mul ti ple source systems to enterprise data platform for analy ti cs purposes Perform data explora ti on, preprocess, and analyse the data (both structured and unstructured); develop and deploy machine learning/deep learning models Create dashboards to communicate and present key findings to stakeholders, and manage UAT Work with the team to run and priori ti se projects according to objec ti ves and business impact Design and build Genera ti ve AI applica ti ons like GPT-enabled chatbots to innovate and drive impac tf ul solu ti ons in the company Explore new methodologies for increasing the efficiency and effec ti veness of Genera ti ve AI applica ti ons Con ti nuously evaluate and enhance the performance of Genera ti ve AI models through rigorous tes ti ng and experimenta ti on Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or other related disciplines Strong programming experience using python or spark, with solid understanding of data science concepts Prac ti cal knowledge in sta ti s ti cal and machine learning techniques including Regression, Random Forest, Boos ti ng, Trees, Text Mining, Network Analysis, etc Prac ti cal knowledge in deep learning techniques including computer version, NLP, etc Experience in data visualiza ti on Software such as Power BI or Tableau Beneficial to possess knowledge or prac ti cal experience in genera ti ve AI or developing LLM applica ti ons using the Microso ft Azure stack or third-party packages such as LangChain Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
