This is a high-visibility role requiring a proactive, decisive individual who can lead design discussions, challenge assumptions, and be highly vocal and influential in cross-functional forums. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech industries is strongly preferred.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your Job</span></b><span>:</span><b> </b></p><ul><li><p>Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM solution design and delivery for Program Phoenix, aligning warehouse execution processes with S/4HANA transformation objectives.</p></li><li><p>Drive business process workshops and requirements translation, shaping current‑to‑future state designs across inbound, outbound, internal movements, and inventory management.</p></li><li><p>Configure and own SAP EWM functional components, including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processing, replenishment, physical inventory, RF framework, and handling unit management.</p></li><li><p>Act as the techno‑functional bridge between business and IT, partnering with architects and developers to design integrations, enhancements, and automation‑ready warehouse solutions.</p></li><li><p>Design and govern EWM integrations with MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and external systems (e.g., automation, labeling, MES, peripherals) using standard SAP technologies.</p></li><li><p>Lead EWM testing strategy and execution, including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and end‑to‑end scenario validation across cross‑functional supply chain processes.</p></li><li><p>Own data readiness and deployment activities, ensuring accurate migration and setup of warehouse products, storage bins, HUs, packaging specifications, and control parameters.</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute cutover and go‑live activities, including mock cutovers, reconciliation, go/no‑go criteria, and business continuity planning.</p></li><li><p>Support post‑go‑live stabilization and hypercare, resolving production issues, optimizing performance, and driving operational adoption.</p></li><li><p>Ensure solution quality, compliance, and documentation, contributing to program governance, stakeholder communication, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li><p>Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety &amp; Security requirements and programs</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Required Qualifications</span></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>10&#43; years of hands-on SAP experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics with at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in SAP MM and SAP EWM</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, end-to-end SAP transformations</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of Warehouse operations, Inbound logistics and receiving, Outbound shipping and logistics execution</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders</p></li></ul><p></p><p>GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
