Requirements
- To centralize, coordinate and facilitate the proper execution of all trades (equity, structured products, FX and bonds) for clients across all segments where possible, in an accurate and timely manner.
- The dealer function is to reduce corporate risk by ensuring only qualified and known personnel are dealing with external counterparties.
- The centralization of all relevant trades will result in lower transaction costs due to higher volumes and lower risk by preventing unauthorized trades by fraudulent personnel or operational errors.
