For more information, visit </span><a href="http://www.gf.com/" target="_blank">www.gf.com</a><span>.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Shift Work: 12 hour shift (Day/Night)</b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description </b></p><ul><li><p>Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations Typically performs one or more of the following as directed and/or independently:</p></li><li><p>Provides oversite and guidance of operational activities in ensuring productive use of manufacturing, process and equipment to meet the daily targets and operational goals - Cycle time, Throughput, Prototype success and Fabout - Shipment Plan</p></li><li><p>Supports automated assembly tools to support manufacturing processes Supports engineering and industrial engineering for accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling</p></li><li><p>Drives manufacturing efficiencies, quality and productivity improvements</p></li><li><p>Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety &amp; Security requirements and programs Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements </b></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Engineering or higher</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of manufacturing principles, equipment interaction, and process discipline within a semiconductor fab environment</p></li><li><p>Familiar with standard engineering and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., data analysis, root cause analysis, SPC) to identify, analyze, and resolve routine manufacturing issues</p></li><li><p>Can works effectively as part of manufacturing, operations, or module teams to support day-to-day production and continuous improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills to work with various stakeholders on the fab floor</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work on 12 hour shift to cover operations</p></li></ul><p></p><p>GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
