- Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our APAC business.
- Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
- Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
- Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
- Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels, including senior/C-level hiring.
- Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
