Requirements

• Responsibilities: Business Performance and Management To evaluate customers' needs and provide solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
• Design and recommend wealth solution to meet the objectives of the customers.
• Take initiative to plan and organize daily schedule for various sales generating activities.
• Conduct daily calls to the customers in their portfolio base to arrange for appointments and to offer assistance to them.
• To regularly update their clients on their holdings and investment performance.
• Achieve monthly sales target for various banking products with consistency.
• Fulfill training requirements which are set by the organization.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy in application process to minimize reworks.
