About the role

The Cash Sales and Implementation Head SG leads the strategy and execution for cash management products in Singapore. This senior role manages a team of sales and implementation professionals to drive revenue growth, oversee deal realization, and ensure regulatory compliance within the transaction banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product strategy to drive revenue growth including reviews with Treasury, Funding, and Asset Liability Management teams
  • Establish best practices in sales and implementation processes that are effective, sustainable, and practical
  • Drive regular deal reviews with implementation and service to fast-track revenue realization and minimize deals on hold
  • Manage, develop, and grow an assigned portfolio of Cash and Trade Clients while leading a team of Sales and Implementation managers
  • Front the Cash Management regional sales team for deals originating from Singapore
  • Create KPIs and accompanying performance measurement tools such as pipeline and sales dashboards
  • Implement cash management sales plans to ensure that revenue targets are achieved or exceeded as per plans with Coverage Teams
  • Provide feedback and assistance to transaction banking stakeholders regarding customer needs, trends, and market intelligence
  • Develop approval matrix for Operations, implementation, and service for exception handling and pricing approvals
  • Participate in regular reviews with Operations to identify and manage or reduce operational risks

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance, and Business Administration
  • Association of Corporate Treasurers - Certificate in International Cash Management
  • At least 12 years of working experience in Cash Management
  • Experience in product sales and leading a sales or implementation team will be extremely advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and competition
  • Demonstrate a strong corporate sales acumen through a robust sales thought process
  • Ability to perform situation assessment and maintain decisiveness
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and strategize
  • Diligent and thoroughness in execution and reporting
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products and sales tracking methodologies
