Senior relationship manager role focused on corporate/commercial banking, responsible for driving business growth through cross-selling, new customer acquisition, and loan structuring while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Conduct thorough loan evaluations and credit analysis for new borrowing clients
- Structure appropriate loan packages, including preparing credit memos
- Manage annual credit reviews for existing borrowing customers in collaboration with the Credit Analyst team
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, Central Bank rules, and regulations during loan processing
Requirements
- Bachelor's/ University degree
- A minimum of 10-15 years' corporate/commercial banking experience in large local corporate organizations, along with a strong business network and a successful history of acquiring new business accounts, is preferred
- Loan structuring and Trade Finance knowledge is a must, and candidates with investment banking knowledge is an added advantage
- Applicants must demonstrate strong credit writing skills, excellent verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
