Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality &control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partnersthrough our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Perform deposit and withdrawal of physical securities into Vault. Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of certificate/Notes in Vault. Coordinate and arrange logistic for CDP quarterly and annual scrip count. Perform and monitor vault administration such as setting of time lock and bi-annual lock maintenance from vendor. Coordinate the user access set-up of external service provider applications. Coordinate users access review such as SharePoint user access, DOA review and authorised personnel access into the vault. Requirements Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in Custody Services. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point). Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
