Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the P&L of the portfolio
- Developing the value proposition
- Creating customer value and campaigns to drive acquisition and usage of Cards products
- Grasp and translate concepts into marketing and operational plans
- Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses to uncover opportunities to grow revenue and card utilization
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics and/or Marketing
- Minimally, 2 years' experience in Product Management role
- Familiarity in credit cards/payments and/or lending
- Solid understanding of cards and lending landscape and financial dynamics
- Background in IT or experience in system enhancements a plus
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth
- Take initiative in learning and demonstrate positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Strong business acumen and ambitious to drive growth for the bank
- Detail-oriented, organised thinker, planner and executor
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis
