Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the Consumer Banking Group, providing personalized wealth management solutions and financial advisory services Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk profiles to recommend appropriate investment strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment specialists and product experts, to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions Proactively monitor client portfolios, making timely adjustments to ensure alignment with their evolving financial needs and market conditions Contribute to the growth and development of the team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in team initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide tailored recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and portfolio management software Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations Location: Treasures - TPC Job: Relationship Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
